how long does it take to print?
Printing takes 5 working days from confirmed payment, plus 1-2 days shipping, or we do have a 3 day rush order available.
When will my order ship?
You can see your actual order ship by date in your order email which was sent at the time of ordering, or by logging in to your account.
Our Standard Orders take up to 5 working days to print, and then are shipped by overnight tracked courier.
Our Rush Orders take up to 3 working days to print, and then are shipped by overnight tracked courier.
For Rural Delivery allow up to 3 working days for shipping.
Please note these shipping times may change particularly at peak times like Christmas. Prior to checkout, you will be given the actual ship by date.
What types of printing do you offer?
We offer high quality digital direct to garment printing (not transfers). For higher quantities with limited colour designs, we also offer screenprinting. You can see more on our Services page.
Digital printing means we can print high detail images without limiting the number of colours in a design, as well as printing photographic quality. The ink adheres to the fabric of the garment underneath which means the print feels much softer than a traditional screenprint.
Our bolder, brighter Innobella Textile Inks are water-based pigment inks that are Okeo-Tex Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA compliant. They have exceptional washability if cared for correctly. The result is a great looking garment that looks brighter, longer. brighter, longer with proven washability as evidences by AATCC wash tests, where our inks score 4.0 or higher on every test.
What products can i print?
We print onto high quality AS Colour cotton t-shirts, singlets, hoodies, sweatshirts, bags, plus pillowcases, tea-towels, cushion covers, aprons and wall banners. All of these are available on this site.
Do you offer re-labelling?
Yes we offer relabelling of AS Colour products only, and the minimum order is 20 units which can be a mixture of items. The relabelling is done by AS Colour and we do not mark up their pricing. You can view the relabelling pricing here. Please note that relabelling takes at least a week, and sometimes longer in busy periods, and our five working day production time starts from when we receive the garments from AS Colour. Often it's quicker and easier to incorporate your logo into your printed design, and is more visible to your customers anyway.

Where are your t-shirts from and are they ethically produced?
We print onto high quality AS Colour cotton which use hand-picked factories with safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions. They are Child Labor Free. You can find out more here.
What if something is out of stock?
Like most other printers, we do not hold stock of all the apparel options we have on our site, and order them from our suppliers once orders are confirmed. Occasionally an item you have ordered on our site, will be out of stock with our supplier. This is out of our control. We will always let you know the next business day after your order and will either give you alternatives, or can fully refund for any out of stock items.

can i supply my own clothing to print on?
We only print on our own supplied apparel to guarantee quality.
can you send me some samples?
Yes that’s no problem. We don’t send free samples though, as unfortunately they often don’t come back to us. We charge the blank price and if they are returned to us in a printable condition (not stretched or dirty) we refund or credit them towards your print order. Just request a quote above.
what sizes can you print up to?
We can print from newborn onesies up to Mens 3XL.
how do i know what size i need?
The measurements are given for each product on the website. Body Width is measured flat from seam to seam, usually under the armpit. Body Length is measured from the shoulder to the hem. Please note that measurements can vary within 2.5cm, this is within our supplier's tolerance.
can you print photos?
Yes you can! Go to Create Your Print Now and select a blank product, choose your colour, then upload your own design or photo or select from the supplied designs. You can even link directly to your Facebook or Instagram account to easily access your images.
how do i re-order my previous order?
You just log in to the website, with your username and you can reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. Then you go to your previous orders, click the checkbox on the left next to the order you want to reorder and then click reorder at the top right. This will add your previous order to the cart, where you can then go in and edit it for sizes, quantity, colours etc, or duplicate it if you want to make some more changes.
i want the background removed, can you do this?
Yes we can. You can try clicking the remove background box in the designer - this removes most backgrounds but it depends on the file type and colour. Otherwise if you put a note in with your order asking for the background to be removed, we can do that for you at no charge in most cases.
What are the requirements for uploading a design?
We accept the following file formats: PNG, EPS, PDF, SVG, SVGZ, JPG, JPEG. Our maximum print area is 40 x 45cm and 300dpi is preferred.
The approximate maximum print sizes are:
Infant 18 x 20cm
Kids 25 x 30cm
Womens 35 x 40cm
Mens 40 x 45cm
Your file must be at least 72 dpi but bigger is better for crisp, clean printing. You will get a warning on our designer if the image has been enlarged too much. If you are using an image from Google, please go to Tools, and select the size Large.
For close colour matching it's best to have the colour process as CMYK. RGB files look nice and bright on screen but they are unable to be reproduced in CMYK printing.
how do i know the designs are the right size and in the right place?
We resize the designs in proportion to the size of the top. The measurements you see on our online designer are the same whether you have chosen an XS top or a 3XL, which of course would mean if we stuck to those measurements, the designs would be too big on an XS and too small on a 3XL. We also sometimes adjust the positioning of the design to what most people want if we think it might have been accidentally positioned wrong, eg we centre designs that are slightly off centre. If you have specific size or location requirements we are totally happy to print them as you want them, but we would need to be notified of this by you putting a note on your order.
what is the process for designing a t-shirt?

3. Choose location of print - Front/Back
4. Upload or choose a design, or enter in text
5. Add to cart
6. Proceed and finish checkout
7. Order will be processed and confirmed - if there's any problems with the design we will contact you at this stage.
8. Order will be fulfilled and shipped out to you, and you will be emailed when it is shipped.
9. Wear with pride!
how do i take care of my print?
For the best results, wash inside out on a cool wash. Your print will last longer if you don't tumble dry, and use a cool iron only if necessary.
can i pick up my order?
Sorry no, in order to keep our prices down and pass those savings on to you, we are an online store only.
